The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "defeat" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to publicize next month's bout.
Ex twice unified boxing king Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to break his face and break his body up. My goal is to show I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally known for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at British opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua declined to talk badly about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
However, the novice continues to be one of boxing's greatest money-making draws, frequently receiving substantial financial rewards.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a KO victory in round four or five and claimed he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently under discussion for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Size Difference
As Joshua and Paul met for the usual stare-down, with their height and weight contrast clearly visible, it highlighted just how unlikely this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is truly happening.
